1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website at The360Board.com, submitting an application, or becoming a member of The 360° Board, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not access or use our services.
2. Membership & Confidentiality
- Membership is Subject to Approval: Acceptance into The 360° Board is at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to decline any application without explanation to protect the integrity and exclusivity of the group.
- Confidentiality is a Condition of Membership: All members are required to uphold strict confidentiality. You agree not to disclose any information shared within the group, including names, business details, or personal stories of other members, to any third party. Violation of this clause is grounds for immediate termination of your membership without a refund.
- Non-Solicitation: Members may not solicit or sell their own products or services to other members of the group without the explicit consent of all parties involved. The purpose of The 360° Board is confidential advisory, not a business networking forum.
3. Payments & Commitment
- Founding Member Rate: The special founding member rate of $500 per month requires a minimum 6-month commitment. By purchasing this membership, you agree to make all six monthly payments, regardless of your attendance or decision to leave the group early.
$3000 is due at time of purchase. No monthly payment plans are available. - Refund Policy: All payments made to The 360° Board are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any reason, including non-attendance, early termination of your commitment, or dissatisfaction with the program.
4. Limitation of Liability
- The 360° Board provides advisory services, guidance, and community. We are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and the outcomes of your business and personal life.
- We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our services.
5. Right to Terminate Membership
We reserve the right to terminate your membership and remove you from The 360° Board at any time, without a refund, if you violate these Terms, engage in disruptive or disrespectful behavior, or fail to uphold the confidentiality agreement.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of each individual state in the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the website or membership in The 360° Board after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
